TC LISTING PACKAGES
- Prepare Listing Documents
- Upload Listing Documents to Compliance Platform
- Up to 3 free revisions (Additional $10 per exceeding revisions)

- Detailed and correct MLS data input for the property with the information provided via previous listing, seller’s disclosure, tax record, etc. The coordinator must have a signed seller’s disclosure before they are to input data into the MLS.
- Setup Showingtime
- Upload and arrange the photo order on the MLS
- Add open house information to the MLS upon the agent’s request.
- Update sales price upon the agent’s request.

- Communicate directly with the seller as an extension of your team.
- Send calendar invitations for important dates during the listing process.

- Create and upload your personal branded Buyer Information Sheet

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
Except California
- Uploading documents to transaction software and ensuring broker compliance for both listings and transactions

- Send introduction emails to all parties to ensure an open line of communication between interested parties.
- Exchange supporting documentation & disclosures to all parties.
- Draft amendments and required documents during business hours.
- Helped facilitate and exchange updates and receipts for repairs.
- Follow up with responsible parties on any contingencies according to the contract.
- Request utility information with the seller and provide it to the buyers. Remind clients to turn utilities on or off.
- Schedule Inspection, Appraisal Inspection, and any City required inspections.
- Adding important dates to client and agent calendar
- Provide detailed emails to clients on how closing is to occur, including funding, exchanging of funds, and key exchange.
- Send calendar reminders and draft emails/letters to the agent, personally remind the agent to follow up with the client after closing, and send a review reminder.
- Send weekly client updates on where we are at with the transaction and next
steps.
