  • Add photo captions to photos.
  • Create and upload your personal branded Buyer Information Sheet

  • Send introduction emails to all parties to ensure an open line of communication between interested parties.
  • Exchange supporting documentation & disclosures to all parties.
  • Draft amendments and required documents during business hours.
  • Helped facilitate and exchange updates and receipts for repairs.
  • Follow up with responsible parties on any contingencies according to the contract.
  • Request utility information with the seller and provide it to the buyers. Remind clients to turn utilities on or off.
  • Schedule Inspection, Appraisal Inspection, and any City required inspections.
  • Adding important dates to client and agent calendar
  • Provide detailed emails to clients on how closing is to occur, including funding, exchanging of funds, and key exchange.
